摘要企业集团以母企业的发展为轴心，以母、子企业共同发展作为终极战略。企业集团在扩大其经济规模的过程中，企业集团母、子企业之间会因为短期内出现利益分歧和暂时性的战略目的不同而出现利益冲突。因而，本文对企业集团母企业和子企业之间的利益冲突与协调策略展开研究。论文首先对母、子企业利益冲突的表现进行了阐述，接着展开案例研究，对案例中母、子企业的利益冲突和利益冲突的原因进行了分析，进而得到一些启示。最后针对母、子企业利益冲突的症结提出了一些协调措施。51782

The study of how to coordinate the conflict of interest between the mother and the subsidiary in enterprise group

ABSTRACT

With the development of the parent company as the core goal, the enterprise group takes the parent and subsidiary company as the ultimate goal. Enterprise group in the process of expanding its economic scale, enterprise group, the subsidiary will be due to the short-term interests of differences and temporary differences in the strategic purpose of conflict of interest. So, this paper studies the conflict and coordination between the parent company and subsidiary company. Firstly, the performance of the parent and subsidiary companies conflicts of interest are described, and then a case study is carried out, the reasons of conflicts of interest and conflicts of interest in the case of the parent company and its subsidiaries are analyzed, and get some inspiration. At the end of the mother, the son of the conflict of interest proposed some coordination measures.
