摘  要：大力发展乡镇企业已成为实现农村工业化，城镇化和农业产业化的有效途径，就乡镇企业而言，目前的资金来源主要是个体农民及其他债权人、乡政府、信用和银行信贷资金。乡镇企业实现自身的生存和发展，在目前残酷的市场竞争中取得一席之地，必须要深入分析财务风险的成因，并根据乡镇企业的特点，采取有效措施，防范金融风险。风险管理已经成为一个全球性的运动，一直都受到企业和政府的重视。 因此，有效防范财务风险，既是企业财务管理工作的重中之重，也是促进乡镇企业改革，建立现代企业制度的重要工作。本文将沭阳作为案例，按照乡镇企业的财务管理及存在的突出问题，就如何加强乡镇企业的财务管理和防范财务风险的财务风险的现状进行了讨论。54761

Risk management has become a global movement, has been brought to the attention of the enterprise and government. therefore, effectively guard against financial risk, is not only enterprise financial management priority, is to promote the reform of township enterprises, establish a modern enterprise system of the important work. This article will ShuYang as empirical, according to the financial management of township enterprises and the existing problems, on how to strengthen the financial management of township enterprises and prevent financial risks of financial risk present situation are discussed.
