摘要：中小企业在我国占据越来越重要的位置，在推动国民经济发展、吸纳城镇就业人员、促进市场繁荣和保证社会稳定方面贡献巨大。邳州市大蒜生产贸易企业，主要是对大蒜的贸易出口和生产加工，大多数大蒜生产贸易企业为民营企业。大蒜产业已成为邳州农业和农村经济发展的重要支柱产业。近几年，我国积极支持中小企业发展，对中小企业融资给予大力支持，但是由于大蒜生产贸易企业存在信息不透明、治理结构不合理、管理制度不健全、自有资本薄弱等中小企业共有的通病,导致企业经营风险大，抗风险能力小，融资问题仍然是中小企业特别是大蒜生产贸易企业发展中的“瓶颈”。因此，本文对邳州市大蒜生产贸易企业债务融资难问题进行仔细分析，从中找出对策。56656

Abstract: The small and medium enterprises occupy an increasingly important position in our country, in promoting the development of the national economy, to absorb the urban employment, promoting market prosperity and social stability, guarantee the enormous contributions. Pizhou garlic production and trade enterprises, mainly for garlic export trade and production and processing, most of the garlic production and trade enterprises to private enterprises. Garlic industry has become an important pillar industry in Pizhou agriculture and rural economic development. In recent years, our country actively supports the development of small and medium-sized enterprises ,but because of the existence of information opaque garlic production and trade enterprises, governance structure is not rational, the management system is not perfect, the capital of small and medium-sized enterprises common problems such as weak, causes the enterprise business risks, anti risk ability is small, the financing problem is still the bottleneck of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises especially garlic production and trade enterprises. Therefore, careful analysis of the debt production and trade enterprises garlic financing in Pizhou City, find out countermeasure from this article.
