摘  要：在股市中，庄家通过控制股价的涨跌或成交量达到获利的目的，庄家操控的股票被称为庄股，散户的从众心理是庄家获利的关键。从众心理在资本市场上又被称作羊群效应，是投资者在信息不确定的情况下交易策略趋同的现象，在经济学的研究中，羊群效应体现为投资者决策行为之间的相关性。本文基于被新闻联播曝光的庄股周收益率数据，然后采用横截面绝对偏离度（CSAD）测度方法对数据进行了处理，继而对类庄股操纵过程中的羊群效应进行实证研究，研究结果表明，类庄股在操纵过程中存在一定的羊群效应。这说明我国的资本市场上还存在着许多盲目从众的投资者，市场投资理念有待完善和成熟。70864

Abstract: In the stock market, the market makers use the herd mentality of the inpidual to control the ups and downs of the stock or volume to achieve the purpose of profit，we called the stock manipulated by makers Zhuanggu. The herd mentality in the capital market is also called herding effect, which is a kind of phenomenon that investors blindly follow the dealer. In the research of economics, herding reflects the relationship between investors' decision-making behavior. Based on the weekly return data of the stock dominated by institutional investor exposed by CCTV News, the paper uses the cross section absolute deviation (CSAD) measure method to process the weekly return data , and then analyzes the herding effect of the stock . The research shows that the herding effect exists in the operation process in stock dominated by banker . This shows that there are many investors blindly follow others in China's capital market, the market needs to be perfect and mature investment philosophy.

1 引言

在我国的证券市场中，庄股以及类庄股是肯定存在的。要想描述这一现象存在的原因，一方面需要通过对人类行为理论的研究来进行解释[1]，“羊群效应”就是人类行为理论研究的主要内容之一[2]，在资本市场上，羊群效应表现为投资群体之间相同的投资行为，是一种投资策略趋同的现象；另一方面，有一些人巧妙地利用了这些投资者的行为，这样便可以完美解释庄股以及类庄股存在的原因。那么类庄股在操纵过程中是否真的存在羊群效应呢？本文以被新闻联播曝光的18只庄股为研究对象予以研究。论文网
