摘要：在短短30年的时间里，互联网以其迅猛的发展速度和庞大的使用人群，对国民经济的发展产生了重要的影响。互联网以其低成本、方便快捷的优势促进了传统企业发展模式的变革，催生着新型企业的出现，推动着经济的发展，影响着整个经济体系。但互联网经济的虚拟性却给企业的利润带来了更多的不稳定性，产生了新的经济风险。为更好降低互联网经济模式下企业发展的风险，减少企业盈利的不稳定性，进行战略成本管理是很有必要的。71114

为了分析战略成本管理在互联网经济模式下的具体运用，本文选取小米公司作为互联网经济模式下的代表企业，对小米的战略成本管理的优势和存在的问题进行具体分析，并从价值链、成本动因、战略定位三个方面为小米的发展提出了建议。

Strategic Cost Management in the Internet Economy Mode-A Case Study of Xiaomi

Abstract：In just 30 years, the Internet with its rapid pace of development and massive use of the crowd, the development of the national economy had a significant impact. Internet with its low-cost, convenient advantages to promote changes in the traditional business model of development, the birth of new enterprises, promote economic development, affecting the entire economy. But the profit of the Internet economy gave virtual enterprise brought more instability, resulting in a new economic risk. To better reduce the risk of the development of enterprises in the Internet economy and reduce corporate earnings instability, strategic cost management is necessary.

In order to analyze the concrete application of strategic cost management in the Internet economy, the paper selected Xiaomi as a representative enterprise Internet economy mode, the advantages and problems of Xiaomi cost management strategies specific analysis and value chain, cost drivers , three areas for the development of strategic positioning millet suggested.

20世纪40年代以来，以电子计算机技术的应用为主要标志的第三次工业的开展，为互联网的发展奠定了基础。互联网（即Internet，又称因特网）的出现方便了信息的共享和资讯的传递，联网的计算机逐渐成为人们通讯的重要工具。它改变着人们的联系形式，对文化、经济、政治等不同领域有着重要影响，尤其是经济领域。
