摘要近年来我国金融市场飞速发展，在 A 股市场上市的公司数量和种类也越来越多，其中不 乏众多高新技术企业。物联网技术是一次信息技术浪潮，物联网企业作为其中一员，也把 股权融资当做是获得资金的有效手段。但在首次公开发行后公司的资本结构、融资渠道都 被股票市场的多方面因素影响。本文首先阐述了物联网相关概念，然后从经济学和金融学 的角度描述了企业绩效评价的方法与影响企业绩效的相关因素，接着分析了股市波动对绩 效的影响机制。最后运用计量经济学的方法实证分析了 26 家物联网企业 2011 年以来 20 个季度的面板数据，得出结论，并结合分析结果提出建议与企业的对策。81192

Title   A Study on Influence of Stock Market Fluctuation on the Operating Performance of TOI Quoted Company

Abstract Recently, China's financial market has developed rapidly。 An increasing number of companies go public in A-share market, and many high-tech enterprises are a part of it。 TOI technology is a new tide of information technology revolution。 Equity financing is an efficient way access to capital for TOI companies which are a part of high-tech enterprises。 But capital structure and financing channel of the company will change a lot after going public。 The paper elaborates some concepts of TOI, then describes the selection of evaluation index and the influencing factors of the TOI listed companies。 Next paragraph expounds the micro transmission mechanism of the stock market fluctuation on the operating performance of Chinese TOI listed companies。 At the end of the paper, pannel data which is picked from 26 TOI companies, has been test emperically after testing by unit root test and cointegration test。 The paper provides some suggestions according to the results of empirical test。
