摘    要2015年夏季(7月-9月)对杭州市三种典型水体——西溪湿地、虎山水库、农田水系(萧山区文伟村稻田沟渠)共15个采样点进行了三次调查,分析各水体中水生昆虫的群落结构及其与环境因子之间的关系,并评价各水体的水质状况。各采样点共采集水生昆虫标本1840只,分别隶属于6目65科,其中双翅目、蜻蜓目、半翅目和鞘翅目为四大优势类群。群落相似性分析结果表明夏季水质对农田水系、虎山水库和西溪湿地等水体的水生昆虫群落结构产生了中等程度的影响。农田水系富营养化严重,随着富营养化程度提高,其群落多样性下降,且水体中摇蚊数量明显增加。综合理化指标和生物指数评价结果显示西溪湿地和虎山水库处于中度污染状态,农田水系处于重中度污染状态,其中西溪湿地Cr6+浓度超标。实验结果为建立起一套适合浙江省的以水生昆虫为主的生物监测结合理化监测组成的环境监测手段提供了基础数据。88745

Abstract: In the summer of 2015 (July - September), a total of 15 sampling sites from three typical water bodies in Hangzhou - Xixi Wetland, Hushan Reservoir and farmland water system (field ditches in Wenwei Village, Xiaoshan District) were conducted a survey with three times。 The community structure of aquatic insects and their relationship with environmental factors were analyzed, and the water quality of each water body was evaluated with physics, chemistry and biological index。 The sampling points were collected 1840 specimens of aquatic insects, which belonging to 65 families in 6 orders。 And the main species of the four dominant groups were Diptera Odonata, Hemiptera, and Coleoptera。 The results showed that summer water quality had a moderate effect on the aquatic insect community structure in farmland water system, Hushan reservoir and Xixi wetlands。 The farmland water system is serious eutrophication, and with the increase of eutrophication degree, the persity of community is decreased, while as the number of mosquitoes in water is obviously increased。 The results of comprehensive physical and chemical indexes and bioinformatics show that the Xixi wetland and the Hushan reservoir are in moderate pollution state, and the farmland water system is in moderate-heavy pollution state, and the concentration of Cr6 + in Xixi wetland is exceed standard。 Experimental results for set up a suitable biological monitoring combine with the physical and chemical monitoring for zhejiang province provide basic data。源Q于D优G尔X论V文Y网wwW.yOueRw.com 原文+QQ75201`8766
