摘  要

麦冬是百合科植物中的重要的沿阶草属之一，有麦冬和山麦冬之分。主要分布于西南及江苏、安徽、浙江、福建、广西。该属植物有较高的药用价值，然而出现了山麦冬与麦冬形态极其相似，无法用肉眼进行区分，所以本论文应用SSR分子标记原理对麦冬和山麦冬分子鉴定进行区分。90473

本论文利用SSR标记技术对麦冬和山麦冬25个样品材料进行分析，实验期间对样品进行DNA的提取，PCR扩增，聚丙烯酰胺凝胶，接着进行对比分析，山麦冬DNA11号在40号引物的作用下电泳条带在140bp-120bp，比麦冬的基因片段小。以上得到的结果表明，麦冬和山麦冬分子界限是比较明确的。

Abstract

Maidong plant is one of the important grass belongs to Ophiopogon genus, which has two species of Ophitopogon japonicus and Liriope spicata。 Mainly distributed in the southwest and jiangsu, anhui, zhejiang, fujian, guangxi。 The plant has high medicinal value, however, the Ophitopogon japonicus and Liriope spicata configuration is extremely similar, unable to distinguish with the naked eye, so this paper applies principle of SSR molecular markers to identify Ophitopogon japonicus and Liriope spicata on molecular level。 

This paper using SSR markers to identify 25 samples of Ophitopogon japonicus and Liriope spicata materials, and the samples during the experiment to DNA extraction, PCR amplification, polyacrylamide gel, then were analyzed, Liriope spicata DNA number 11 under the action of no。 40 primer electrophoresis bands in 140 bp to 120 bp, smaller than the Ophitopogon japonicus genes。 The above results show that the Ophitopogon japonicus and Liriope spicata molecular boundary is clear。 源Q于W优H尔J论K文M网WwW.youeRw.com 原文+QQ75201.,8766
