摘 要:本文采用干法灰化样品,在吐温80-水相体系中用双硫腙分光光度法测定了五种谷物中的锌含量。实验对样品的处理方法、缓冲溶液pH的影响、双硫腙-吐温80的用量,最大吸收波长,方法的精密度、稳定性、回收率、检出限进行了探讨,并对谷物样品进行了测定。结果表明,该法线性范围为2.313mg•L-1~25.479mg•L-1,检出限为0.063mg•L-1。在所测谷物中黑米中锌含量高,玉米中锌含量最低,加标回收率为96.5%~101.1%,相对标准偏差在0.4%~1.1%之间,测定结果与PAN分光光度法结果相近。此法操作简单、快速、准确、污染少,可广泛用于食品中微量锌的测定。30312 毕业论文关键词:双硫腙;分光光度法;谷物;锌含量
The Determination of Zinc Content in Grains
Abstract:Five kinds of grains were ashed,the content of zinc in grains was determined by dithizone spectrophotometry in the tween80-water system.The processing method of the sample,the pH of the buffer solution,the dosage of dithizone-tween80 solution,the maximum absorption wavelength,the precision and stability,the recovery and the detection limit were discussed in the experiment.The results showed that,the line scope was 2.313mg•L-1~25.479mg•L-1,the detection limit was 0.063mg•L-1.The content of zinc in black rice was the highest,the content of zinc in corn was the lowest,the recovery was 96.5%~101.1%,RSD was 0.4%~1.1%,the results was in good agreement with that of PAN spectrophotometry.The method is simple,rapid,accurate,less pollution,can be widely used for the determination of trace zinc in food.
