Study on the relationship between Zhengzhou normal college students majoring in physical education of sports injuries and trait anxiety
Abstract: In this paper, through the methods of documentary, questionnaire investigation, analysis and research of physical education major of normal school of zhengzhou university student sports injury and the relationship between trait anxiety, and professional students of physical education in acute injury and the inner link of trait anxiety were discussed. The results show that the professional students of physical education of different damage degree of anxiety level and anxiety of acute injury rate each are not identical. To this, this article proposed in view of the physical education of normal school of zhengzhou university student sports injury rate, anxiety level, such as problem, hope can help to prevent the sports injury in physical education and sports training provides the basis of psychology.

引言
运动损伤重点在于运动前的预防，就从预防方面的角度来看，运动者自身的身体素质、心理生理特点、训练方法和外围环境都是在运动中容易发生损伤的因素。体育运动随着人们生活水平的提高而日益发展，运动损伤率也随之升高，而在当前师范类体育院校中体育运动的发展对学生的身心发展起着重要的作用。因此，本文希望通过调查师范体育类专业大学生运动损伤状况,去发现和分析体育教育专业大学生运动损伤的特点和探讨体育教育专业大学生急性运动损伤与特质焦虑的内在关系，从而提出建议以减少体育运动中大学生发生运动损伤的频率和减轻大学生运动中的焦虑情况。
1.研究对象与方法
1.1研究对象
以郑州市师范院校（郑州师范学院）体育教育专业大学生为调查对象（选取学生200名，其中男生120名，女生80名，年龄为18~24岁），以郑州师范学院体育教育专业大学生运动损伤与特质焦虑的关系为研究对象。
1.2研究方法
1.2.1文献资料法
通过中国知网、万方数据库等期刊检索，书刊查阅与本研究相关的文献资料，下载符合自己需要并有研究意义的文献素材和数据，了解与本课题有关的理论知识，为研究的顺利奠定基础。
1.2.2问卷调查法
根据研究的目的，遵循问卷制定的原理和方法，设计调查问卷。《郑州师范体育教育大学生运动损伤与特质焦虑关系的现状调查》。问卷主要发放郑州师范学院体育教育大学生，计划发放200份（男生120份，女生80份，年龄为18~24岁）。
