Comparative study on the training program of the Henan province sports education major of Normal Colleges
Abstract: In this paper, using the method of literature, interview method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other methods, through the comparative study of Henan province sports education training program of 8 normal colleges, fully understand the training status of Physical Education Majors in the normal universities in our province, countermeasures discussed the existing problems, improve sports education professional training program. In order to further deepen the professional talents in physical education training mode reform, improving the quality of talent cultivation in sports education professional training, make more positive efforts to adapt to high-quality physical education talent needs of local development and socialist modernization construction.

河南省师范院校体育教育专业培养方案的比较研究 引言
高等师范院校体育教育专业是培养中小学体育教师和社会体育工作者的“母机”，直接关系到我国基础教育体育师资水平，以及社会体育的发展。但现如今我国的高等师范院校体育教育专业人才培养还存在许多的不足，与总目标的实现还有一定的差距，这将影响和制约我国体育教育事业的发展。因此，各高等师范院校在体育教育培养方面，如何根据本校实际情况，制定明确具体、科学合理、特色突出的体育教育专业培养方案就成为当前提高体育教育生培养质量亟待解决的重要问题。
1.研究对象与方法
1.1研究对象
选择河南省师范院校体育教育专业培养方案为研究对象，主要以骨干教师为查对象，以河南师范大学、周口师范学院、郑州师范学院、洛阳师范学院、信阳师范学院进行调查。
1.2研究方法
1.2.1文献资料法
本文按照研究背景、内容的需要,详细查阅了30多篇公开发表的有关研究成果和文献资料，利用图书馆、电子媒介及网络查阅相关研究资料，为本研究提供了较为坚实可靠的资料依据。
1.2.2访谈法
研究过程中，按照拟好的提纲，通过走访调查学校相关院校体育骨干教师，就相关问题征询了他们的意见和建议。
1.2.3数理统计法
通过调查得的有效数据，按研究目的、内容进行分析，并在体育统计学原理与基本方法的基础上，通过运用Excel应用软件对获得的调查数据进行统计处理。
