Analysis of Zhoukou City Sports Dance Fitness Present Situation
Abstract: In this paper, literature, questionnaires, interviews and other methods, the status of Zhoukou Normal University Pushing Hands investigation conducted research, access to relevant data and do a comparative analysis of the system. The results showed that: Pushing Hands participate Zhoukou Normal movement of the crowd was largely male; people in line with the purpose of keeping fit to participate in the movement of Taijiquan, and very enthusiastic; Zhoukou Normal College instructor less quantity, lack of experience; Zhoukou Normal Institute for Pushing Hands insufficient capital investment, which restricts Pushing Hands conduct. To solve these problems and shortcomings, propose countermeasures. Aims to provide a theoretical basis for the development of Zhoukou Normal College Pushing Hands.

师范学院太极推手开展现状调查分析 前言
近年来, 我国各级各类高校在贯彻新《纲要》新《标准》的过程当中, 就建设地方体育课程作了积极地探索, 对于在我国高校“开发地方太极推手课程”的研究, 虽有议论倡议, 也有新闻讨论,但进展迟缓,取得的较有影响的成果不多，河南省一直致力于提高学生的培养，推进素质教育，弘扬太极文化，但取得的较有影响的功效不多。地处华夏的河南省一向竭力于太极推手的传播与推行。进入新千年的14年来, 河南省部分高校将太极推手列为地方课程予以实施。随着我国颁布并实施“全民健身计划”，全国范围内掀起一股全民健身热潮，而太极推手也在这全民健身的热潮中迅速成长。
太极推手是中华武术对抗项目之一，具有悠久的历史、丰厚的文化底蕴众多的功能。本文运用综合分析法，对师范的太极推手运动员进行了研究，认为在高校开展太极推手教学有利于提高学生对太极推手的认识，有利于促进太极推手运动的推广，希望本文能为师范学院太极运动的开展提供参考。
1 研究对象与方法
1.1 研究对象
研究对象为师范学院太极推手开展现状
调查对象为随机抽取师范学院14个教学院系90名太极推手运动员及爱好者。
1.2 研究方法
1.2.1问卷调查法
在广泛查阅文献资料和搜求专家见解的基础上，遵循体育科研方法中问卷设计的基本原则和标准化要求，设计“师范学院太极推手开展现状调查分析问卷调查” ，于2014年4-5月在师范学院选择太极推手团队2个、太极推手爱好者团队、数学系团队、计算机系团队和新闻系身团队等，随机抽取师范学院14个教学系500名学生。
