The status investigations on the sports grounds and facilities of rural middle school students in Tanghe County
Abstract： The sport fields and equipments are the essential material conditions for sports teaching, extracurricular sports activities and sports competitions, and play a bridging role in promoting sports participation, keeping physical and mental health, mastering ‘three bases’, and improving the social adaptation ability of rural middle school students. The text mainly investigates and analyses the current situation of sport fields and equipments of rural middle school sports in Tanghe County, influence factors and development strategies by the methods of literature, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and field observation to find out the deficiencies of the sport fields and equipments of rural middle school sports in Tanghe County, explores the influences on the working positivity of sports teachers, curriculum setting in physical education and teaching organization mode, and proposes the corresponding solutions to promote the development of rural sports.

引言
体育活动场地与器材设施是进行体育教学、课外体育活动不可或缺的物质保障，是全面贯彻“健康第一”素质教育方针，深化体育教学改革，完成学校体育工作任务的重要物质基础，是学校体育工作检查、评估、督导、规范的重要指标之一，同时对发展农村中学生在运动参与、掌握“三基”、身心健康和社会适应等方面起到桥梁的作用。此外，随着当前教育改革形势的变化，初中教育由应试教育向素质教育转轨、中学体育课及课外锻炼活动时数相应增加、体育成为升学的考试科目，特别是全民健身战略的推行，这一切对中学体育提出了更高的要求，要求更加多样化，体育场地和器材要以人为本。但是，由于农村经济发展缓慢，政策尚不完善，对于中学体育课和体育设施的落实还不能达到国家最低标准，素质教育受到农村学校体育场地、设施陈旧以及缺少运动器材等客观原因的阻碍。农村学校体育工作质量的提高、体育课程的改革，致使体育教学、课外体育活动、课余运动训练的质量受到直接的影响。学生体育锻炼的场地、器材、设施得不到基本的保证，落实不了体育活动时间，不能有效的执行相关的规定要求，而使学生体能素质逐渐下降，视力每况愈下，这是必然的结果。因此，为了适应体育教学的改革发展，促进学生全面发展，教师应结合学校实际，选择合适的教学内容，充分挖掘和利用资源，更好地为教学服务。
