摘要目的:了解医学生心理资本与体育锻炼现状及两者间的关系,探索心理资本的相关影响因素,为体育锻炼可有效预测心理资本这一结论提供理论依据,为促进医学生心理健康提供对策。方法:运用“体育活动等级量表”(PARS-3)和“心理资本量表”,采用定量、分层随机抽样法对杭州师范大学176名医学生进行了问卷调查与分析。以心理资本总分得分以及心理资本包含的4个维度作为因变量,以体育锻炼得分为自变量,运用描述性分析,单因素分析和多元线性回归分析,分析不同体育锻炼得分的医学生心理资本状况是否存在差异,探索影响医学生心理资本的因素。结果:①医学生参加体育锻炼的运动量平均得分为(20。96±20。34) 分,不同性别、年级学生运动量平均得分差异有统计学意义(P <0。05),男性体育锻炼得分高于女性,大一学生高于大二、大三的学生。②医学生心理资本总分平均为(95。62 ±16。65) 分,性别、年级间的心理资本差异有统计学意义(P <0。05),男性心理资本整体高于女性,大一学生整体高于大二、大三的学生。③不同体育锻炼状况的医学生心理资本总分及自信、韧性、希望、乐观维度得分差异均有统计学意义(P <0。05),表现为体育运动量越大,心理资本水平越高;体育锻炼得分与心理资本总分及各个维度之间均呈正相关。 结论:医学生体育锻炼运动量中等偏低,心理资本水平良好;体育锻炼对心理资本有正向影响,是增进心理健康的途径之一。88305

Abstract:  Objective: To study the current situation and relationship of medical students' psychological capital(PsyCap) and physical exercise, to explore the related factors of PsyCap, so as to provide theoretical basis for the conclusion that physical exercise can effectively predict PsyCap,to provide measures of promoting the medical students' mental health。  Methods: Totally 176 medical students chosen using quantitative and stratified random sampling method from Hangzhou Normal University were surveyed and analyzed with Physical Activity Rating Scale ( PARS-3) and Psychological Capital Questionnaire。 the score of psychological capital amount and four dimensions of psychological capital as dependent variables, with physical exercise as independent variables, using descriptive analysis, univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to analyze whether there is a difference in psychological capital of medical students with different physical exercise level, and to explore factors about the psychological capital of medical students。 Results: ①The average score of physical exercise is (20。96 ± 20。34) ,and there are significant gender and grade differences(P <0。05), the score of male students is higher than female students , the score of freshman is higher than sophomore and junior。② The average score of psychological capital amount was  (95。62 ± 16。65) and showed significant gender and grade differences(P <0。05), the PsyCap level of male students is better than female students in actual status, the PsyCap level of freshman is better than sophomore and junior。③Total score and dimensions in confidence, resilience, optimism and hope differed significantly among students with different physical exercise levels(P <0。05), which showed that the more amount of physical exercise,the higher level of psychological capital, In addition,there was positive correlation between physical exercise and PsyCap。 Conclusion: Medical students lack physical exercise and have moderate PsyCap。 Results suggest that physical exercise interventions have positive influence on PsyCap and might help to improve psychological health.
