光山县初级中学健美操课程开展情况调查
调查结果显示该地区的健美操课程开展现状受着上级领导、课堂教学、学校场地的制约。首先是学校上级领导的重视程度，上级领导并没有贯彻与推广相关课程的进度。其次，学生自身压力大，面对学业与社会的竞争，导致学生对于健美操课程的兴趣不同。最后，学校场地并不够完善，由于场地的限制对于学生的兴趣培养有很大的影响。24851

Abstract: In this paper, the literature, questionnaires, telephone interviews and statistics on the county's three junior high Guang Shan aerobics courses conducted a survey of the current situation. And the use of office software to survey results conducted regular statistics and analyzes. Survey results show that aerobics courses carry the status quo in the region is being affected by their superiors, classroom, school grounds constraints. 引言
现代健美操是融合了音乐，舞蹈，体操运动员的有氧运动，而且符合通用素质教育中文简介，为了让学生全面发展，培养德，智，体，美，做一个符合学生在新的世纪。而且一定强度的健美操训练还能使学生的心理素质与个人气质极大地提高，让初中的学生能够更好的面对即将到来的体育加试。同时个人的心理承受能力也会得到增强，面对困难不会退缩。在这个独生子女时代日趋稳定的计划生育普及下，独生子女自身的体形和健康也成为更多的家长所关心的问题，因为独生子女面对家庭面对学习的时候压力都很大，严重影响了心理健康和身体健康的发展。而健美操却可以有效的帮助学生们舒缓身心，同时也可以陶冶情操，减缓学生们的压力，改善学生的体形。为此健美操课程的推广是刻不容缓的。

1.1研究对象
信阳市光山县初级中学健美操课程开展情况。调查对象：光山县初级一中，光山县初级二中，光山县初级三中。初二学生与教师。其中学生600人，教师15人。

通过收集来的文献资料和检索期刊索引，让我了解了现在初级中学健美操课程设置情况，让我的调查有一个大致的方向。同时也确定了自己调查的可行性以及应用价值，在汲取大量前人的经验与成果同时也为自己所要写的论文定下了提纲。
