摘    要自我国倡导全民健身计划以来，排球以极高的娱乐性和容易上手的特点，逐渐得到了大众认同。随着国际体育运动委员会对排球的不断认识和世人对体育的需求，我国体育事业全面提高，排球作为一种娱乐性强的运动在人们心中有了一个较客观的地位。义乌作为浙江省省的经济发达城市，人们的生活节奏快，相应的休闲娱乐时间减少，但是人们渴望健身的观念是有的，群众性排球运动的简单性和多样性的特点适合各年龄阶段人群参与。但是从排球的群众性参与度来说并不理想。89873

本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法，以义乌市群众性运动为研究对象，探究了义乌市群众排球活动的开展情况，分析了影响其开展的因素有：活动形式较为缺乏、组织程度较低，开放性场馆不足或利用率较低，排球运动缺乏有效指导，排球消费水平较低，宣传不到位等。提出激发群众参加积极性，多方筹集资金、加大资金投入排球场地设施的建设，完善组织形式，科学合理的制定计划和政策，提高宣传力度等方面的改善对策。 

Since the country advocated the national fitness program， volleyball with high entertainment and easy to use features， has gradually been recognized by the public。 With the increasing awareness of the International Committee of sports volleyball and the world of sports， China's sports undertakings improve volleyball entertainment as a strong movement in the hearts of the people have a more objective status。 Is a developed city in Zhejiang province of Yiwu， the fast pace of life， the leisure time is reduced， but the desire for fitness concept is some， mass volleyball features simplicity and persity for allages。 But it is not ideal from the mass participation of volleyball。

This paper through the research methods of literature， questionnaire， mathematical statistics， Yiwu city mass movement as the research object， to explore the Yiwu city mass volleyball development situation， analyzes the influencing factors of its development are: lack of organization activities， with lower degree of openness， lack of venues or use the rate is low， lack of effective guidance of volleyball， volleyball， the level of consumption is low， publicity is not in place。 This inspired the masses to participate in the enthusiasm， raise funds， increase funding for construction of volleyball venues and facilities， and improve the organizational form， scientific and rational planning and policy measures to improve propaganda improvements。
