The present investigation and analysis of extracurricular track and field training in the junior middle school of Xihua country
Abstract: By using literature data, questionnaire, interviews, statistics and other methods of Xihua County Track and Field Training In the junior high school were investigated and analyzed. The results show that, since the junior high school athletics reserve talents cultivation system is incomplete and the social awareness of the lack of athletics, track and field training of students due to recognition of the extent and form of organization is not high track and field training programs lack other factors, have affected and restricted the development process of Xihua County High School Track and Field Extracurricular training. Through the study of these questions, explore, propose measures to promote the county to build a sound of high school class track and field training process.

西华县初级中学课余田径训练现状调查与分析
引言
课余田径训练是学校体育的重要组成结构，也是培养优秀田径后备人才的基础，对挖掘学校体育的潜力具有重大意义。尤其是田径是西华县传统优势项目，经过长期的发展，大批的中学生加入到田径运动的队伍，使各初级中学具有培养和输送体育后备力量的优势。由于各初级中学培养田径后备人才的体制不完善和对田径运动的认知程度有所欠缺等要素，已经严重影响了西华县构建完善性中学田径课余训练的进程和发展。本文对西华县4所初级中学中的10位田径教练员和400名学生进行调查，每个学校100名学生，从学生队伍现状、训练状况现状进行研究和分析。本文通过对我国田径运动训练学理论研究发展与现状总结，使得对于目前中学课余田径运动训练方法和理论有了较为全面的理解，针对西华县中学生课余田径训练的周期训练、运动负荷、运动恢复三个方面进行了较为系统的梳理和归纳，为构建中学课余田径运动训练体系，提出了自己的一些见解。

以西华县实验中学、城关初级中学、二中、第二实验中学，4所学校的部分学生及教练员为研究对象。

1.2.1文献资料法
通过周口师范学院图书馆资料库查阅了有关网站，如中国知网、中国期刊网等网站，查阅国内有关文献30余篇，为本文提供充分的理论依据。
