Analysis of the influence of college girls 800 meter performance reasons ——Taking Normal University as an example
Abstract: This paper uses the literature, questionnaire, interview, logical analysis and mathematical statistics method to investigate the present situation of the 800- meter race achievement of Normal University girls in school. It was found that there is a drop in enthusiasm of girls ran for 800 meters ,and test scores decreased significantly. Some girls are even afraid of 800-mete race. According to this situation , I had conducted a survey about physiological and psychological characteristics, learning motivation and attitude ,daily exercise , willpower of the girls in Normal University, arrangement of teaching material and teaching methods to find out the influencing factors of female 800-meter performance. According to the problems ，find out the influence factors, and put forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures in order to arouse the enthusiasm of students to participate in the exercise, to improve the students' physical performance, enhance the physical quality of students and the school will play a better roll in education.

引言
《国家学生体质健康标准》是国家学校教育工作的基础性指导文件和教育质量基本标准，是评价学生综合素质、评估学校工作和衡量各地教育发展的重要依据，是《国家体育锻炼标准》在学校的具体实施，适用于全日制普通小学、初中、普通高中、中等职业学校、普通高等学校的学生。新标准规定了各年级学生体质必测项目，其中大学女生800米、男生1000米成为必测项目。每学年学校会根据学生体质测试总分评定等级。只有达到良好及以上的学生，才能评优与评奖。扬子晚报调查发现，新版学生体质“国标”高于现有学生体质水平。女生800米、男生1000米是评价学生的心肺功能和耐力水平最重要指标，又可以培养学生吃苦耐劳的精神和顽强拼搏的意志品质。同时耐力水平测试对于评价学生的体质健康状况有着非常重要的意义。然而近年来，发现高校女生对于800米跑的积极性明显下降，测试成绩也越来越不如以前，还有一部分女生对800米产生厌恶甚至惧怕的心理等现状。
