Investigation on present situation of physical education teachers in middle school in Luyi County town
Abstract:In this paper, using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, interview method, mathematical statistics method to investigate present situation of physical education teachers in middle schools in Luyi County town, is to understand the present situation of physical education teachers in middle school in Luyi County town, the investigation focused on the teachers' age, gender, education, job title, salary, workload, work attitude and work pressure as the main research content. The survey, the age structure of the PE teachers of Luyi County town is basically reasonable, educated degree, senior, intermediate title status are relatively stable, primary; PE teachers, but the school sports teachers' workload. Recommendations: to further improve the secondary school physical education teachers' wages, between the expansion of PE Teachers' work exchange, to enhance the overall level of PE teachers in middle school is very necessary.

学校体育是学校教育的一部分，对提高学生德、智、体、美全面的发展起着重要的作用。学校体育是社会体育、竞技体育和终身体育的基础，在促进社会精神文明建设中起着积极的作用。中学体育教师作为学校体育教育及课外业余体育活动的组织者和执行者，担负着体育运动技术启蒙训练和组织群体活动的重任，如果建立一支思想素质和业务水平都比较高，结构层次比较合理的中学体育教师队伍，将会是贯彻执行《中小学生课程》和《学生体质与健康合格标准》重要的保障，也是广大中学生体质增强的关键所在。在新课标教学理念实施的形势下，合理的学校体育教师队伍结构，素质达标的体育教师队伍是深化中学体育教学改革和推进素质教育的进程的保障。体育教师肩负着培养学生健康体质的重要责任，同样是教师队伍中重要的成员。学校体育工作很大程度上取决于体育教师工作的质量。体育教师角色的多元化和体育工作的独特性决定了作为一名合格体育教师应该履行的职责以及其教学工作中的艰巨性。
