Abstract: In this paper, literature, interviews, data statistics, comprehensive induction and other research methods, through the Normal College sports advantages of the project research, analysis nearly three years Universiade sports advantages of the project in Henan Province and Henan Province achieved Games achievements, identify the impact of the advantages and constraints of Normal project development factors, the analysis of the problems identified and make recommendations accordingly, measures to make the advantages of Normal University project to further develop and improve the advantages of the program, the school administrations and leadership to provide a reasonable theoretical basis. 前言
我国优势项目（从另一个角度说就是金牌项目）从1984年的洛杉矶奥运会至今，新中国的奥运代表团已经参加了八届奥运会，共获得201块金牌。从金牌的分布可以确定中国的吹冰大传统优势项目，分别是跳水金牌33枚、举重29枚、体操26枚、乒乓球24枚、射击21枚和羽毛球16枚。其他项目和这吹冰大优势项目差距较大分别有游泳12金、柔道8金、田径6金、跆拳道5金、击剑4金、蹦床3金、拳击3金、摔跤2金、排球2金、皮划艇2金、帆船帆板2金、网球1金、射箭1金、赛艇1金。从对以上项目的分析中可以得出以下结论：中国体育优势项目的第一大特点是非身体直接对抗，中国在隔着网子打的球类项目中大多能取得好成绩，这也说明了中国运动员的人种特点确实不适合直接对抗项目。中国运动员最适合的比赛状态的你比你的我比我的，你不能碰我！吹冰大优势项目之外的金牌项目也大多符合这个特点。中国体育优势项目的第二大特点是注重非力量型技巧，准确说就是要求项目有技巧性，但这种技巧性对力量要求不大。中国体育优势项目的第三大特点是均非集体项目。中国体育优势项目的第四大特点是职业化程度不高。希望借鉴我国体育优势项目特点研究为学院体育优势项目发展提供一些参考。
