通过对杭州市江干区科宁乒乓球俱乐部的实地调查，对俱乐部成员的访谈，以及查找文献资料的方法，分析该俱乐部的条件情况和经营现状，得出以下结论：

1、杭州市江干区科宁乒乓球俱乐部乒乓球设备相对优良，但是还存在经营管理不善，教练员素质低，场馆细节做的不够的问题。   2、科宁乒乓球俱乐部需要专业人员来改善管理制度流畅运行俱乐部；需要高素质的教练员提高俱乐部水平和推动俱乐部发展；更新设备，在细节方面做的更好。3、其他乒乓球俱乐部可以借鉴科宁乒乓球俱乐部的现状和发展情况，根据自身情况，对俱乐部的成员进行培训，提高其能力与素质；多关注俱乐部设备和服务质量，为消费者着想；了解乒乓球市场，实现资源的最大化。

Table tennis has obvious economic effect, in the sports market in China cultural and social effects. A good table tennis club can not only provide a good environment to play for consumers, but also to attract more people to participate, the club has been better development, but also can promote the healthy development of table tennis project widely improve national quality, lay the foundation for lifelong physical education.

Through the field investigation on Hangzhou Jianggan District Kening table tennis club, club members of the interviews and literature search method. Analysis the club's conditions and operation status of, draw the following conclusions:

1, Hangzhou Jianggan District Kening table tennis club ping-pong equipment is relatively good, but there are still poor management, low quality of the coaches, the venue details do not enough problems. 2, table tennis club of Corning need professional personnel to improve the management system to the smooth running of the club; high-quality coaches need to improve the club level and promote the development of the club; update equipment, in the details better. 3, the other table tennis club can draw lessons from the actuality and development of table tennis club of Corning, according to their own circumstances, members of the club training, improve the ability and quality; pay more attention to the club equipment and the quality of service, for the sake of consumers; understand the table tennis market, resources to achieve the maximization.
