摘要本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数据统计法等研究方法，以杭州师范大学大篮协的近学生裁判为例，收集整理杭州师范大学大篮协近三年的学生篮球裁判员的培训情况，整理出初学篮球裁判员在学习时普遍出现的问题，这些情况制约着他们的发展，阻碍他们成为一名优秀的裁判员。有一部分初学裁判员虽然努力学习，但效果不大难以突破瓶颈，难以达到更高水平，制约着校园篮球的发展。通过问卷调查数据分析当前影响初学裁判员面临的各类问题，从裁判学员、篮协裁判会长、一级裁判员、专门指导篮球裁判的教授、学校等多方面进行了解。分析学习中容易出现的问题，根据这些问题应采取哪些措施去提高他们的学习的业务水平以及如何能够帮助初学裁判员做到篮球裁判理论学习与临场执裁学习的融汇贯通，从而来帮助他们取得更好的业务能力，成为一名优秀的裁判员。43987
