摘要本文采用文献资料法、实地访谈法、录像观察法、专家访谈法等研究方法对武术套路自选南拳动作风格特征进行研究，通过对南拳的历史发展、武术套路南拳的动作风格特征、自选南拳动作风格特征等方面的研究站在较高的文化层面对地方拳种的挖掘与探索的南方地域文化的发展，及对套路技术动作的开发都大有裨益。对武术拳种动作风格的研究需要更多的武术人才加入其中，特别是专业能力较强的高素质人才。从多元的角度发掘南拳动作风格，从而最大限度发掘南拳的魅力所在。本文提出对南拳动作分析具有科学性、合理性的建议，为中国传统武术套路中自选南拳的传承和发展提供一定的理论依据，从而使自选南拳获得更为全面的发展。44075

Abstract

In this paper, using the method of literature, field interviews, video observation, expert interviews and other research methods to study the optional action style of Nanquan Wushu, through the historical development, Nanquan Wushu Nanquan action style, optional action style and other aspects of the southern research station at a higher cultural level to local boxing the mining and exploration of Southern regional culture development, and the development of routine technology have be of great advantage. Study on martial arts action style needs more martial arts talents to join, especially high-quality professional talent ability. From the point of view to explore multiple Nanquan movement style, so as to maximize the excavation of Nanquan charm. This paper is scientific, reasonable suggestions on through motion analysis, provide a theoretical basis for the inheritance and development of traditional Wushu Optional Chinese Nanquan, so that the optional get more comprehensive development of nanquan.
