摘要羽毛球作为一项可以根据个人身体的具体条件进行随时调整,没有身体的对抗性接触，而且将智能、体能、技能结合为一体的全身性的隔网对抗型运动项目，已经成为我国高校体育运动的热门项目之一。大学开展羽毛球运动不但可以起到学生锻炼身体、放松娱乐的效果，还有助于陶冶情操、提高修养和品的作用。因此，充分发挥羽毛球在高校实施素质教育中的功能，对深化教育改革，提高教学质量有着重大意义。但是受到多种因素的制约，在真正的实施过程中仍面临诸多的问题。如何将羽毛球运动的训练的方法在高校中推广是各界关注的焦点。本文通过对高校大学体育羽毛球开展的现状进行调查、分析了影响高校羽毛球训练的诸多因素，为促进高校大学羽球运动训练方法的发展提出了相关的建议和对策。46817
