摘要武术属于中国传统的技击术，是以踢、打、摔、拿、击、刺等技击动作作为主要内容，在演练方法上注重内外兼修，演练风格上要求神形兼备，通过徒手或借助于器械的身体表现攻防格斗的能力。武术运动包括套路和对抗两种形式。套路运动是技击的高度提炼和艺术再现，它来源于技击又高于技击，属于表现运动员演练技巧的性质，是武术的最高表现形式；散打是技击性很强实用性攻防技术，两人一对一的真打实摔，他的性质是实战的搏斗与格斗。无论是对抗性的散打运动，还是势势相承的套路运动，都是以中国传统的技击对抗方法、技术为核心的。46989
