摘要:现在社会,高三学生是社会各界普遍关注的特殊的群体,在面临高考的情况下参加课外体育活动的时间有限,部分学校甚至把体育课当做自修课让学生自己安排学习,这就使学生对体育锻炼的认识变得模糊,缺乏锻炼的积极性和主动性。57560

本文针对连云港市区高三年级的体育锻炼现状,通过问卷调查、数理统计等方法,从连云港市区六所中学高三学生参加课外体育活动的动机,态度,主要内容,组织形式以及早操课间操的参加情况和影响高三学生参加课外锻炼的客观因素中发现,大部分高三学生对体育锻炼的重要性有正确的认识,也有部分学生对体育锻炼认知不足,有多方面因素影响高三学生参加体育锻炼,并提供可行的建议和对策,提高高三学生积极主动地参加课外体育锻炼的认识。

Abstract:Now the society, students of senior three is the community of common concern to the special groups, participate in extracurricular sports activities in the face of the college entrance examination under the condition of limited time, part of the school physical education as even the self-taught students arrange their own learning, which makes students to exercise awareness becomes fuzzy, lack of enthusiasm and initiative exercise.

       In view of the current situation of Lianyungang city grade the exercise in this paper, through a questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, participate in extracurricular sports activities from six middle schools in Lianyungang City high school students motivation, attitude, main content, found the organization and objective factors of morning exercises class-break setting-up exercise involved and the influence of student participates in the extracurricular exercise, have a correct understanding of the importance of physical exercise most senior high school students, some students lack of exercise cognition, is influenced by many factors of senior high school students to participate in physical exercise, and the suggestions and Countermeasures for the feasible, the extracurricular physical exercise actively of senior high school students.
