摘要：本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法对淮安市的一些私人教练的培养发展进行了调查并发现：淮安市健身私人教练就整体而言，年龄结构趋于年轻化从业经历经验以及专业知识水平都有待提高；社会培训市场鱼目混杂，资格认证混乱；私人教练职业发展缺乏政策法规的支持等。并提出如下建议：与高校体育教育结合，联合培养私人教练；国家统一建立权威的私人教练职业资格认证；完善评估体系和考试标准；尽快建立淮安市健身私人教练行业协会。66717
