摘要鬼成像是一种近年来被广泛研究的成像手段,其成像性质逐渐受到关注。本毕业论文以matlab为仿真软件,以EMCCD作为成像器件,以图像可视度为图像质量评价标准,通过仿真的手段,研究微弱光环境中,微光成像器件参数对图像质量的影响。本文首先介绍有效像素概念,并且建立了含器件噪声的鬼成像系统成像模型;利用仿真说明了EMCCD工作温度,有效像素,背景照度对鬼成像质量的影响。通过仿真结果可以看出,基于EMCCD的微光鬼成像系统,提高成像质量并不仅仅依赖于降低EMCCD工作温度,还可以通过控制噪声与背景光照的强度比例,或者通过减小有效像素的使用来提高成像质量。19125

Title Simulation calculation of ghost image base on matlab
Abstract
Ghost image is a widely studied imaging method in recent years, its imaging properties are paid attention gradually. In this paper, we take matlab for a simulation software and take EMCCD as the imaging device, use the image visibility as image quality evaluation standards, focus on the effect of device parameters on image quality in the weak light environment by means of simulation. This paper first introduces the concept of effective pixels, and establishes ghost imaging system model with device noise. We use the simulation to introduce that how the EMCCD working temperature, effective pixels and background illumination effect on ghost imaging quality and analyze the reasons.
This paper proves that in the weak light ghost imaging system based on EMCCD, to improve imaging quality does not depend only on reducing EMCCD working temperature, but also on controlling the ratio of noise and background intensity. It can also improve the imaging quality by reducing the use of the effective pixel . At the same time, the establishment of the noisy ghost imaging model can also be applied to other low light level detection equipment, it is a general noisy ghost imaging model.
