摘要毫米波是一种波毫米级的电磁波,其频带范围在 30 至 300GHZ 范围,工程上主要研究 35GHZ和 100GHZ两种频段,本文主要研究在 35GHZ的功率合成设计,即8mm 波段。
首先,本文论述了当前毫米波波段的课题研背景及国内外发展动态,并对功率合成技术进行了简单的分类,接着本文分析了功率合成以及放大技术的原理推导,介绍了毫米波功率合成的一些显著特点,还分析了影响功率合成的因素有哪些,并对衡量功率合成放大器的性能指标一一介绍。第三章本文阐述了设计四合一功率合成器的过程,通过改变探针结构和探针位置优化电路结构,得出了各性能指标的仿真数据,对比两种不同输出结构的功率合成器得到比较理想的四合一功率合成器。 19273 毕业论文关键词 毫米波, 功率合成, Ka波段, 四合一
Title The Design and Simulation of Wave-Guide Power Combiner
Abstract
Millimeter-wave is a kind of electronmagnetic wave which has a millimeter
level wavelength. Its frequency band varies from 30GHZ to 300GHZ. We mainly
research on 35GHZ and 100GHZ in project. This paper focused on 35GHZ’S
power combiner’s design.
At first, the paper stated this project’s background and its development
tendency at home and overseas. Besides, we simply classified power
synthesis technique into 4 types. Then, the paper analysed the principle
of waveguide power combiner and amplifier technology. The paper also
discussed several factors which can affect the combining efficiency and
introduced some performance requirements. Finally, the paper explained the
progress of designing a four-way power combiner. According to optimize the
structure , we obtained a relatively ideal power combiner from simulation
data of HFSS.
