摘要基站功放是一项在国内迅速普及和成功应用的技术,在提升基站性能和改善网络质量方面具有很强的优势,因而有着较好的发展前景。
毕业本文主要是研究930-960MHz GSM基站功率放大器工作原理、功能结构和一些关键技术。主要开展了以下四个方面的工作:
1.探讨了功率放大器线性化问题和设计方法。
2.采用了温度补偿电路,克服了传统温补电路由于功率器件阈值电压的离散性而导致的补偿缺陷,使得功放温度补偿的一致性更好。
3.运用负载牵引法的设计思想,运用ADS软件仿真设计出了三阶交调指标低于-40dBc的高线性度功放。
4.用protel软件设计了功放的PCB图。5157

1. Explore the power amplifier linearization and design methods.
2. Using a temperature compensation circuit to overcome the defects of the traditional warming caused by the circuit due to the discrete nature of the power device threshold voltage compensation. Makes the amplifier temperature compensation consistency better
3. Using load-pull method of design ideas, Simulation to design a high linearity amplifier TOI is lower than-40dBc
4. Protel software designed amplifier PCB map
