摘要 矩形金属波导是微波——毫米波频段的重要传输线形式,在天线、测量系统、微波电路中广泛应用。微带线是现有毫米波集成电路中十分重要的传输线形式,因此经常需要进行微带线到波导的转换。 本文首先综述了微带线—波导转换的几种方法,分析比较了各个结构的优缺点。然后对三种较典型的结构进行了仿真设计,包括微带探针一波导过渡、共面基片集成波导—微带线转换、异面基片集成波导—微带线转换,并对影响插入损耗、回波损耗进行分析。仿真结果表明设计的转换电路达到设计要求。8100

Rectangular waveguides are an important transmission line for microwave
and millimeter wave bands, and widely used in antennas, measurement systems,
and microwave circuits. Microstrip lines (ML) are another commonly used
transmission line which has good performance for millimeter wave integrated
circuits. Therefore, transition between microstrip line and rectangular
waveguide are demanded.
In this paper, several design methods of the ML-waveguide transition are
introduced and compared. Three typical circuits are designed with HFSS
software, which include a waveguide–ML probe transition, a coplanar
SIW(substrate integrated waveguide)-ML transition and a SIW-ML transition
with two substrates. Parametric research is conducted and optimized designs
are presented. Simulated results show that desired performances have been
obtained.
