摘要自然界中的一切物体,总是在不断地发射红外辐射。因此,从原理上讲,只要能探测并收集这些辐射能,就可通过探测器信号的采集和处理形成与景物辐射分布相对应的热图像。这种热图像再现了景物各部分的辐射起伏,能显示出景物的特征。 红外热成像使目标的表面温度分布变成人眼可以看到的热图像,从而直接弥补了人类的直观视觉中的不足,即只能获得可见光波段内的图像,增强了人类获得图像信息的能力。 红外焦平面成像技术是目前光电成像技术领域最主要的研究方向之一。本课题要对红外焦平面成像系统的主要性能参数,如 MTF, NETD, Uniformity 等进行测试,从而为这一红外焦平面系统研究提供理论和实验依据。8326

Title Test and Analysis to Infrared Focal Plane Imaging System
Abstract
All objects in nature are in constant infrared radiation. We can
get the thermal infrared image corresponding to the radiation distribution
of the scene by probing and collecting these signals. This image is a
reproduction of different radiation and shows the characteristics of the
scene.
Infrared thermal imaging turns the target surface temperature distribution
into heat picture which is visible to human eyes. It also compensates for
the shortcoming of human visual acuity. Enhance the ability of
obtaining information.
Infrared focal plane array imaging technology is one of the most important
research directions in the field of optical imaging. We test parameters
such as MTF, NETD, Uniformity , provide the theoretical and
experimental basis for the study of infrared focal plane
array system in this subject.
