摘要Ku 波段是工作频率为 11.7-12.2GHz 的电磁波,主要用于卫星通信。相比较于别的波段的电磁波,Ku波段有许多优点,例如受到国际相关法律的保护、采用多馈源成型波束技术、不易受其他频段微波辐射干扰、天线尺寸小等等。因此Ku波段得到了迅速的发展。 在卫星通信系统中,收发前端电路起着至关重要的作用。本论文介绍了 Ku波段微波接收发前端宽带集成电路的设计方法与仿真结果。本文按照低噪声、高灵敏度、结构简单的目标,通过理论分析计算和计算机仿真,得出了收发前端各单元电路(包括倍频器、混频器、低噪声放大器、功率放大器、功分器和滤波器等)的设计方案和仿真结果。9719

Abstract
Ku-band mainly used for satellite communications, which is working at the
frequency of 11.7-12.2GHz. Compared to the other band of electromagnetic
waves, Ku-band has many advantages, for example, it is protected by
international law, a multi-feed molding beam technology, less susceptible
to the other band microwave radiation interference, antenna size small.
Therefore, the Ku-band has been rapid development.
Ku-band transmitter and receivers play a vital role in the satellite
communication system. This article describes the design methods and
simulation results of the Ku-band transmitter. With the goals of the
low-noise, high sensitivity, simple structure, through theoretical
analysis calculation and computer simulation, we can get the design method
and simulation results.
