摘要热轴、切轴是危及铁路运输安全的重大事故因素之一。铁路客车轴温报警器作为一种自动巡回检测车辆轴温状况的电子装置,能对异常的轴温状况进行报警以确保列车的行车安全。随着铁路高速重载战略的实施,传统的轴温监测方法不能满足列车运输安全的需要。本文设计了一款以AT89C51为核心的机车轴温监测系统。它用数字温度传感器来监视机车轴温,当温度超过报警值时,将报警提示工作人员,直到处理完后才取消报警。本系统使用了新型数字温度传感器,利用单根串行总线传输数字信号,具有精度高、出色的抗干扰能力、高可靠性等特点。9879

Title Design of Locomotive Axletree Temperature Detector
Abstract
Getting hot and switched of the axles is one of factors for grave accidents which endanger the safety of transportation by railroad. Railway carriage axle-temperature alarm is a kind of electrical equipment. It watches the axles' temperature circularly and gives out alarms when the temperature is unconventional to ensure that the train can run safely. With high development of railage, traditional axle-temperature detected methods can't match the safe needs of railage. This paper designs an axle-temperature detect system, whose core is AT89C51. It uses digital temperature sensors to watch the axle temperature. If the temperature is exceed the warn temperature, the system will warn the driver till the trouble is removed. New digital temperature sensors and new technology of digital signal transmission with one wire bus are used. The system has several special features, such as high accuracy, excellent anti-interference ability and reliability.
