摘要调频连续波雷达有着结构简单,体积轻便,距离分辨率高等优点,在各个领域均有 广泛的应用。作为近程探测雷达系统的关键组成部分,研究其中频信号调理和采集电路 具有重要意义。

本文设计实现了信号调理电路、基于 FPGA 设计的模数转换电路。首先,简要介绍 了本文所研究的 FMCW 雷达的基本原理,为中频信号调理和采集电路提供设计依据;其 次,基于信号调理电路基本原理,完成了完整的信号调理电路的设计;再次设计了一种 用于近程目标探测雷达接收机的采集电路,具体包括电源电路、模数转换、FPGA 的外 围电路设计,并完成了实物制作。最后,对电路进行了调试及测试。77734

Title The  design  of  IF  signal  processing  and  data-collecting circuit  of  the  short-range radar

Abstract

This paper mainly discusses the processing and collection of intermediate frequency signal in the short-range target detection radar。 As the important composer of radar system, the study on the signal processing and collection system of short-range target detection radar receiver has great significance in effectively and conveniently testing the performance indicators of short-range target detection radar, shorten the development cycle and reduce the developing cost。

This paper mainly studies the designing and realization of the processing and collection system of short-range high speed target detection radar, which mainly includes three parts of signal adjustment, A/D switch and FPGA design。It firstly introduces the signal processing circuit and its functions and proposes the principles for the plan designing。 Appropriate operational amplifier chip is selected and complete processing circuit is designed for the analysis and simulation; then a designing plan for the collection circuit of short-range target detection radar receiver is presented and the sampling method of ADC is introduced。 Analog-digital converter, FPGA chip and periphery circuit involved in the system are selected and designed。 At last, the overall hardware circuit design is completed。Hardware module realization method is proposed; hardware simulation based on AD software is completed; the overall module designing functions of hardware circuit satisfying the requirements of system design is verified。
