摘要：规模庞大的小微企业群体为我国就业增长和社会稳定做出了巨大贡献。尽管小微企业的重要性不言而喻，但是由于小微企业的自身特点，经营不规范，没有优质抵押物，它们很难获得银行贷款，这又进一步制约了它们发展。本文以FL公司为例，分析了该公司在服务小微融资时的不足之处，并分析其产生的原因。最后结合FL公司的具体情况以及所学理论知识提出了相应的解决方案，希望能够给小微金融机构开展小微贷款业务时提供一定的帮助。

Research on FL Company’s Micro Finance Service

Abstract:Small and micro enterprises are proposed by the economist Professor Lang Xianping and are collectively referred to as small businesses, micro-enterprises, family-run enterprises, and inpidual industrial and commercial households. The large-scale small and micro enterprise groups have made tremendous contributions to the growth of employment and social stability in China. Although the importance of small and micro enterprises is self-evident, due to the characteristics of small and micro enterprises, non-standard operations, and lack of high-quality collateral, it is difficult for them to obtain bank loans, which further restricts their development. This article takes FL company as an example, analyzes the shortcomings of the company in the service of small micro-financing, and analyzes its causes. Finally, it combines the specific situation of FL company and the theoretical knowledge it has learned to propose a corresponding solution. It hopes to provide certain help for small and micro financial institutions to carry out small and micro loan business.
