Abstract
This paper mainly adopts literature research and questionnaire survey method, this
article discusses the meaning of the Confucian culture on community construction.
Through the research and survey, we can use the information and data for the
analysis of Confucianism in society at the grass-roots level, the influence of
community, correctly understand the sense of traditional culture, to guide the
community based on a better carry out the construction of harmonious community,
so as to promote the development of harmonious society; In addition, the study can
improve the domestic about the meaning of the Confucian culture on community
work, and the localization in the development of contemporary social work, the
influence of the Chinese nation for thousands of years, the impact of traditional
culture, which can take advantage of the essence of Confucian traditional culture to
guide the work of contemporary society.
This paper through the literature review introduces the domestic research in this
field, to understand the present situation of the Confucian culture influence on
community construction; Then, this paper introduces the Confucian culture is a
special cultural phenomenon, through the literature research, clear the essence of
Confucian culture and its significance in the secular; The third chapter through SPSSsoftware, analyses the Confucian culture and community construction of various
associations, through the data to observe the existence condition of Confucian
culture in the community, and put forward corresponding measures according to the
present situation of and method, which benefits the community community building
in Confucian culture. Finally, according to the survey concluded that community
