The transportation of Jingying channel and the rise and decline of Zhoujiakou
Abstract:The Honggou from the pre-qin Dynasty to the Hui min River in Tang and Song Dynasty, and then to the Jialu River in Yuan Ming Qing Dynasty .The channel of Jiaying Water Transportation has suffered many changes .It owned different historical status in different historical periods. Jiaying Water Transportation owned a period of great prosperity in Ming and Qing Dynasty, especially in the Mid of Qing Dynasty. Meanwhile, it also pushed the economy in Zhoujiakou city to reach its prosperity. With the decline of the channel, the commercial economy in Zhoujiakou will also decline .Exploring the connection between Jiaying Channel and the commercial prosperity in Zhoujiakou has great importance on researching the development of commercial economy’s state in the historical terms of Zhongyuan city .At the same time it has a typical reference on researching the rise and decline in other commercial city .

“贾颍”水运航道变迁与周家口兴衰研究 前言
“贾颍”水道在中原水运网交通中处于重要地位，其在历史上经历了数次变迁，水运交通也几度繁盛。先秦时期的鸿沟在中原地区有极其重要的战略地位，唐宋时期的惠民河成为统治阶级依赖的骨干漕运河道，明清时期的贾鲁河、颍河作为南北漕运的重要航道，水运很是繁忙，周家口作为该航道上的重要中转站，转渡业长期兴盛，工商业也一度极为繁荣。有关明清时期周家口市镇经济的研究不乏其人，比较有代表性的是：邓亦兵的《清代的朱仙镇与周家口》分析了中原两镇的经济结构、功能、兴衰原因；许檀的论文《清代河南的商业重镇周口》通过分析自己所掌握的一些有关会馆碑刻的资料，描绘了清朝周家口市镇经济发展的大致脉络和推算了其商业规模的大小。回顾学术史发现，周家口虽为历史上的河南商业重镇，但学者给予的关注度和研究力明显不足，且大多聚焦在单纯的市镇商业经济层面，很少从贾颍水道变迁角度来考察贾颍航道与周家口兴衰之间的联系且没有形成较为系统的体系。
一、“贾颍”水运航道的历史变迁
（一）先秦时期的鸿沟水运交通
据史料记载，鸿沟是中原腹地较早的人工运河。战国时期魏国凿通鸿沟，连接了颍、济、淮、泗几个河流，在今天的黄淮平原上完成了以鸿沟为主体，以自然河流为支撑的完整运河网。该工程的实施是分为两个阶段完成的。前期工程是从战国魏惠王十年（公元前361年）进行开凿的。北引黄河水到圃田泽，再开凿大沟东到大梁（今开封）。于是变变圃田泽为天然的蓄水库，与河水之间构成了良好的水量调节机制。二十年之后实施了二期工程，东引圃田水过大梁城后南向连接淮河水，该水利工程前后经历了数十年的时间。
