摘 要:《追风筝的人》是美籍阿富汗裔作家卡勒德·胡塞尼的作品。本文以“缺失”为出发点，尝试探究父爱、女性、人性及民族身份这四方面的缺失在小说中的展现，找出缺失背后的战争本质。在研究父爱的缺失时，通过小说中人物的言行以及与其他人物的对比来阐释父爱缺失的原因与反思。在探究女性缺失问题时，运用了波伏娃的理论，从母亲角色、玩伴、地位及独立意识的缺失这三个部分对其进行研究。在探讨人性缺失问题时，主要从“视而不见”、“虐童残杀”两部分具体分析问题背后的现实。在论述民族身份缺失问题时，主要从小说人物本身进行深入探讨，结合作者本身，阐述其缺失的表现与原因。最终揭露出战争的残酷性与毁灭性。

Abstract:"The Kite Runner" is the work of Afghan American writer Khaled Hosseini.This paper starts with "missing", and tries to explore the Absence of Fatherly Love, Female, Human Nature and National Identity in the novel，and find out the nature of the war .In the study of the Absence of Fatherly Love, the reasons and reflections of Fatherly Love are explained through the words and deeds of the characters in the novel and the comparison with other characters.In exploring the problem of Female Deficiency, the author applied the theory of beauvoir, and studied it from the three parts: Mother's role, Playmate, status and the absence of independent consciousness.In the discussion of the lack of Human Nature, the author mainly analyzes the reality behind the two parts of "blindness",  and "child abuse and slaughter".In the discussion of the problem of National Identity loss, the author makes an in-depth discussion on the characters of the novel, and explains the performance and reasons of its absence. Finally, it reveals the cruelty and destruction of war.

 《追风筝的人》是2003年由美籍阿富汗裔作家卡勒德·胡塞尼创作的小说，也是该作者的第一部小说。小说出版后，被翻译成40多种语言，在全球掀起了热潮，人们开始将目光投射于阿富汗文学。
