前言
一部影视作品，要塑造让人印象深刻的人物、体现人物的性格特点，就一定要用活灵活现的故事情节来展现，《我的父亲母亲》即为此类作品。《我的父亲母亲》根据鲍十小说《纪念》改编而成的电影。电影在忠于原著人物的基础上，对于小说的情节进行了大胆的创造和改编，从描写一个人民公仆的光辉形象小说到一部唯美婉转的爱情电影，使得小说的内容发生重大的变化。《我的父亲母亲》融合了乡土文化，历史文化，用华丽的言语讲述了我的父亲母亲之间唯美动人的爱情故事。为了讲述主人公的这段爱情历史，在电影中改编了诸多小说中的细节，通过对此类细节的改编从而更为生动的展现那段唯美的爱情故事。

影视是小说的另一种表现形式，小说和影视剧都有各自的特点、优势和生存发展空间。在由小说到电影的改编过程中，为了影视剧的效果，大都做了较多改编，张艺谋在对《我的父亲母亲》和《纪念》的情节设置上便运用了诸多拍摄方法，使得作品和原著产生了许多差异。
