Reflection and Influence of Brandt's Government of World War II
Abstract ：In the Second World War, Germany and Japan ,as the main war sponsors ,did great harm to many nations and their people by launching a series of aggressive wars .After the war ,Germany was reduced to a severe depression both in economy and society .Facing such miserable conditions ,therefore ,not only did young generations begin to consider the reason that caused that hopeless environment ,but also the old reflected the history .Then ,under the leadership of Adenauer Brandt and Helmut Kohl ,it started to rethink their actions and policies .Especially ,in the period of Brandt Administration ,great efforts were made to demonstrate a new Germany .However ,comparing with Japan ,we see such a distinct difference in their attitudes toward the aggressive war .In addition ,the self-examination of Germany indicated that how the German love their own country ,which serves to stimulating the love for our own country .

勃兰特政府对二战的反思及影响
前言
关于德国对历史的反思这个话题，已有很多学者从不同方面对此进行了研究。例如：首都师范大学的金沙通过对战后德国公民教育中的反思进行了研究、华中师范大学的吴琼战后西德对纳粹历史的反思进行了研究、华中师范大学刘馗通过对阿登纳时期德美关系研究等，他们从德国本民族方面进行了研究；同时也有通过德日对比进行研究，来衬托德国的反思影响，例如：辽宁师范大学的戴雨农先生从文学中对德日反思二战进行了比较、王一飞先生通过德日对二战史认识的比较进行了研究等等。关于从勃兰特这个角度来进行研究的还不是很多，而勃兰特总理下跪华沙这个著名事件也给了我启示，所以我从勃兰特政府这个点展开论述，通过记述他上台前德国反思前后对比的情况，及其他采取了哪些措施、产生了什么影响系统论述勃兰特政府对德国的反思发挥的积极作用。
一、二战后德国的背景
1945年二战结束，经过这场战争，德国有550多万人丧生，另外1500万人失去了自己的家乡。胡才珍在她的书中曾说道：“二战给德国带来了巨大的伤害，像一些城市如科隆、德累斯顿、法兰克福等变得生灵涂炭，一片狼藉。同时，生活在外国如捷克斯洛伐克和波兰的德国民众也被迫强制驱逐，也变成了无家可归的人。” [1]
由于德国在二战中种种丧失人性的、惨绝人寰的行为，给世界上的许多国家和人民造成了很大的伤害。吴友发在书中说道:“战后，为了文护世界和平，战胜国在战后对德国也采取了一些强制性的民主化措施。即四化改造，它包括‘非军事化、’‘非工业化’、‘非纳粹化和’、‘民主化。’” [2]具体表现孙文沛在他书中说道：“首先美英法苏分区占领德国；其次，进行纽伦堡审判，对纳粹主要战犯和组织进行审判；第三，实行“非纳粹化”和“非军事化”；第四，实行民主化改造，对德国人实行“再教育”，使教育领域“非纳粹化”，从而使德国在政治、生活上健康发展。”[3]
