摘 要:针对目前市场上电子秤产品价格较高且质量较差,搭建平台复杂,部分小型企业设备不全且技术水平低,产品的质量总在低水平层面徘徊。因此,本文提出采用单片机STC89C52为控制核心,通过数码管自动显示所称量物体的重量,实现电子秤(electronic weigher)的基本控制功能。其主要构成有测量电路,放大电路,A/D转换电路,单片机最小系统电路和显示电路。本设计具有开发平台搭建简单,设计制作的成本较低,开发周期短,与计算机连接简单,工作稳定的优点。经测试和调试,该系统各项性能参数均达到设计指标。9080

Low Cost Electronic Scale Design
Abstract: For prices of electronic products on the market at present are high and its quality is poor, platform structures is complex, part of the small business equipment is not complete and the technical level is low, the quality of the products always hovering at low levels, Therefore, this article puts forward STC89C52 by single chip microcomputer as the control core, automatically by the digital tube display by weighing the weight of the object, to realize electronic scale (electronic weigher) the basic control function. Its main components are measuring circuit, amplifying circuit, A/D conversion circuit, single chip microcomputer minimum system circuit and display circuit. This design has advantages of simple development platform building, design and production with low cost, short development cycle, simple connected to the computer and a steady job. Through testing and debugging, the performance parameters of the system meet the design indexes.
