This paper mainly on 20 layer 3D solid oxide fuel cell stack of fuel, oxygen, porous electrode flow channel optimization analysis model is established, and uniform flow field analysis and optimization of the design work。 Research method is using gambit software for modeling and fluent software to solve the analysis。

Fuel cell is introduced in chapter 1。Lots of basic knowledge includes the basic working principle of fuel cell, advantages, disadvantages and classification。 Mainly introduces the basic theory of solid oxide fuel cell, advantages, disadvantages and structure。 This chapter is mainly to let us know about solid oxide fuel cell, the importance to be aware of the SOFC, and also describes the significance of this study。

The chapter 2 is mainly about planar SOFCs numerical simulation。 Because of the complicated structure of the SOFC, testing the performance of it is also more complicated。 Therefore, people in the development of the various efficient mathematical equations and mathematical model to simulate the SOFC, make the performance of SOFC research becomes simple。 Mainly introduces CFD software。

The chapter 3 is the main research object of this thesis is mainly introduced, 20 layer 3D solid oxide fuel cell stack air and three kinds of hydrogen channel simulation analysis。 Three kinds of hydrogen channel types were U, Z type and S type。 And the three types of cell stack on the tenth floor of a battery of flow velocity were separate analysis and comparison。

The chapter 4 is the summary of the whole paper。
