摘要固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)由于其燃料选择多、功率密度高等优点,受到了国内外学者极大的关注,成为解决环境能源问题的一项新技术。管式SOFC作为固体氧化物燃料电池的一种,主要优点是单管结构简单、高温密封性好、稳定性高,但是在电流收集等方面比较困难,所以本文主要针对阴极集流件对管式固体氧化物燃料电池性能的影响进行深入研究

第一章首先介绍了燃料电池的研究背景,接着主要介绍了燃料电池的原理、组成、特点以及分类,然后介绍了固体氧化物燃料电池的原理和分类,之后又介绍了管式SOFC的三种支撑类型的特点以及集流件。87157

第二章主要介绍了阳极支撑型管式SOFC模型。首先介绍了模型假设、模型参数、模型考虑的控制方程,并对比了不同阴极集流件长度和宽度对阴极电势及氧气浓度的影响。

第三章基于第二章建立的模型,分析了阴极集流件长度及宽度对电池性能的影响。结果显示阴极集流件长度越长,电池的性能越好,当圆心角增加到90°时,此时集流件和阴极的接触面积最大,电流达到最大值;阴极集流件宽度越大,电池的性能越好;随着电池重复单元宽度的增加,输出电流减小,但是变化非常小。

结论部分对全文进行总结。

Abstract The solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) is gaining a great deal of attention of scholars at home and abroad, because it has many advantages, such as many choice of fuel, high power density。 And it has become a new technologies to solve environmental problems。 As a kind of solid oxide fuel cell, the advantages of tubular SOFC is that it has simple single-tube structure, high temperature sealing and high stability。 But it have more difficult in current collector。 So this paper mainly study that the influence of cathode current collector the performance of tubular solid oxide fuel cell。

The first chapter introduces the research background of the fuel cell, then introduces the fuel cell’s principle , composition, characteristics and classification, and then introduces the principle and classification of SOFC。 At last, we introduce the current collector and three types of support about tubular SOFC。

The second chapter mainly introduces the model of anode supported tubular SOFC。 First, we introduce the model assumptions, the model parameters and equations of the model, then we compare the effect of cathode current collector 's length and width on the cathode potential and oxygen concentration。

The third chapter is based on the model of the second chapter, we analyze the influence of cathode current collector's length and width on the performance of tubular solid oxide fuel cell。 The results show that the length of the cathode current collector is longer, the better the performance of the cell, when the central adds to 90°, the contact area of the cathode current collector and cathode is biggest, the current has a maximum。 The width of cathode current collector is bigger, the performance of cell is batter。 With the increase of the width of the cell repeating unit, the current is reducing, but the change is small。

    Finally a simply summarizes about this paper is presented。
