摘要口语是英语的重要表达方式之一,研究口语的学习策略对提高学生的口语水平有重要的意义。本文通过对南京理工大学80名英语专业学生的问卷调查,研究他们在口语学习中使用的学习策略,探讨不同的学习策略使用的熟练度以及对口语表达的影响。结果表明,英语专业学生会有意识使用口语学习策略,但并不熟练。认知策略使用频率最高,情感策略使用频率最低。该研究对英语口语的学习和教育有一定的启发。87642

Title   A study of English major’s use of oral English learning strategies 

                                                           

Abstract Oral English is one of important presentation in English, so studying the oral English learning strategy is significant to promote the oral English proficiency。 Based on the questionnaire of 80 students in Nanjing University of Science and Technology (NUST), this paper researches the learning strategy of their oral English learning and try to analyze the frequency of different strategies and the influence to the oral expression。 The result reveals that the subjects use the oral English learning strategy consciously but not frequently。 The cognitive strategies are the most frequently used, while affective strategies are the least frequently used。源-于,优+尔^论=文.网wwW.yOueRw.com 原文+QQ752.018766

1 Introduction

1。1 Research Background

Before 1970s, most of research about language teaching and learning have been focused on teachers and teaching。 With the development of studying teaching skills and methods, more and more researchers realize that teaching skills and methods are only the external factors influencing study。 It is the learner himself that is the internal and also the crucial factor。 Studies on learning strategies appeared in 1970s。 In 1975, Rubin published the paper “What the good language learner can teach us” in which she pointed out characteristics of effective learners。 Since then, there has been an important change that research on learning strategies。 Many famous professors such as O’Malley, Chmaot, Oxford and so on made a lot of researches on the second language acquisition。
