江苏大学生就业形势分析与对策
In this paper, an empirical research is carried out in Jiangsu Normal University to study the situation of employment of graduates and then analysis the positive and negative factors, which influence the students’ employment. And then the article puts forward some effective solutions to solve the negative factor which is helpful for the graduates.
This article will be pided into five parts. The first part is the background and significance of employment research. The second part is about the relevant concepts about employment and employment value. The third part is the implementation of questionnaire. The fourth part finds different reasons and gives meaningful solutions by analyzing questionnaire and data. The last part is the conclusion of this article.

摘要近年来随着高等教育的迅速扩张，大学生人数逐渐增多。高等教育也从精英化走向大众化。大学生毕业面临的就业问题也日趋严重，大学生所承受的就业压力也越来越大。
本文对江苏师范大学学生的就业形势进行实证研究，从中发现其积极与消极的因素，究其原因，有针对性的提出解决消极因素的有效办法。从而使我校学生能够更好地面对毕业时的就业问题。26658
本文分为五部分。第一部分是就业问题研究的背景以及其研究的重要性；第二部分为就业以及就业观的相关概念；第三部分是问卷的制作，发放，以及数据分析；第四部分根据数据分析的结果讨论我校学生就业形势的积极与消极方面，分析其原因，提出建议。第五部分总结本文，反思此次研究的不足之处作为今后研究的借鉴。
