摘 要许多年来,我国中学生的外语教学的重点都放在了像语法和词汇等的语言能力上,大多数英语教师都忽略了英语文化教学,在学英语的同时学习英语文化是很重要的。为了更好地了解中西文化的差异,就可以将中西文化进行对比,通过比较这些差异来提高对英语文化的了解。本文就通过对比几种主要的中西文化差异来研究学习英语文化的重要性。通过对我国中学生学习英语文化的现状进行分析,最后提出一些改进的建议。这有利于中学生更好地学习英语。希望可以引起我国中学教学对英语文化教学的重视。40681

Abstract    For many years, foreign language teaching of middle school students in China has always focused on student’s linguistic competence, such as grammar and vocabulary. And, most teacher often ignored the cultural education in English teaching. It is very important to learn English culture in the cowrie of language learning. In order to understand the differences of culture better, we can compare the Chinese culture with the western culture. And through the comparing of these differences, we can have a better understanding of English culture. Through comparing several main differences between Chinese culture and western culture, this paper aims to illustrate the importance of learning English culture. And, it analyzed the current situation of the students English culture learning in middle school. Finally, this paper put forward some suggestions to improve the situation. It is good for students to English learning well in middle school. The author hopes that this paper can cause the attention of the English culture teaching in Chinese middle school.
