Because of the special natural environment, Han nationality endowed with abundant cultural connotation of the bamboo. It symbolizes integrity, noble and pure, with the strength of character.
The British like to say “plentiful as blackberries”, since blackberries are common everywhere in Britain, but the Chinese say “多如牛毛” referring to the large number of something.
