I。 Introduction

    In today’s world, in the period of great change of the development with the present state of world multi-polarization and the development of information technology, as one of the most widely used language in the world, English has become an important tool for international exchanges, science and technology and cultural exchange。 For the successor of the new century, to learn English well is the foundation of communication, using good mastery of English is one of the important index of comprehensive ability and quality。 English teaching in China has developed for one hundred years, after the reform and opening-up policy, students from the high school began to learn English, and then on, the basic study of English course was set in primary school。 Students and parents would pay more attention to the English teaching and learning。 As the deepening of new curriculum reform and the reform and opening-up in China, English is improved at the position in the teaching。 Junior high school as a foundation for English teaching need to build a solid foundation for the students’ learning and development in the future。 With the deepening of the reform of middle school English teaching, students’ inpidual differences are getting more and more attention。 Therefore, Teachers should respect the inpidual differences between students, teaching methods can not be followed the same pattern but suit the teaching to the ability of the pupils。 Only through analysis and study of the students’ inpidual differences can reveal the spirit of regarding the students as the main body status with respecting the inpidual differences among students, paying attention to each students’ emotions, stimulating and cultivating their interest in learning English and helping them build the sense of achievement and self-confidence for learning。 Only through the analysis of students’ inpidual differences and analysis of theory combined with the actual could find problems remain to be solved in teaching。 来`自+优-尔^论:文,网www.chuibin.com +QQ752018766- It can be targeted and accuracy for making effective strategy research of the junior middle school English on the foundation of this。 Fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students to learn English, eliminate psychological barriers of students in English learning to enjoy the fun of learning English, so as to achieve the goal of quality education。
