Design Notes
Abstract： As China and the world financial center Shanghai, as China's wisdom and talent highland city, is in accordance with national "promoting the construction of low carbon development, beautiful China" strategy, to explore the use of financial instruments, taking advantage of the power of market actively promoting energy conservation and emissions reduction technology industrialization, marketization road, attract more talents all over the world, the financial and intellectual resources gathered in Shanghai. Held by zero-carbon center and Shanghai academy of architecture for its global future low carbon buildings and way of life of the solution "2013 global low-carbon design competition", hongkou district of old industrial building design, is a project in the competition, this proposition is accorded with the city of the future development direction, Shanghai is also about how to solve how to protective reuse of historic buildings in Shanghai, the industrial structure optimization adjustment and many problems, such as thinking. This design for old plant transformation function, how to service and revitalize the surrounding ecological reconstruction, site planning, monomer exploration and attempt.

1 设计总说明
1.1 工程概况
上海市虹口区老工业厂房改造设计项目基地位于虹口区临潼路、惠民路地块，地处北外滩提篮桥历史风貌保护区，包括上海市申贝感光材料厂的厂房、办公楼及临潼宾馆。申贝感光材料厂厂房及办公建筑面积1.7万平方米，临潼宾馆建筑面积0.8万平方米；总建筑面积2.5万平方米。项目内容包括地块综合改造规划、场地设计及单体建筑改造设计。
改造项目力求保留原有结构体系，对原有建筑重新梳理，并进行功能化、时尚化、生态化、节能化改造；研究地块的历史背景，尽可能保留街区历史脉络和历史印记。功能形式不限，设计主题不限；力求提高租金回报率，将其打造成北外滩旧房改造的亮点工程。
项目内容包括地块综合改造规划、场地设计及单体建筑改造设计，并对原有旧建筑进行改造设计。包括三栋建筑：原有厂房建筑、原工厂办公楼、临潼宾馆；环境改造和场地规划：活动场地、园林景观、集散广场、停车空间等；附属建筑：管理安保用房、后勤用房等。
1.2 设计依据
本设计竞赛项目基地地形图、规划红线图，设计任务书。采用现行有关国家规范标准等。
